H1B Transfer

I have filed for H1B transfer from company A to company B and it is still in process. It will get approved in 2 weeks or so. But company B doesn't seem that good. I want to continue to work for company A.
1) Is it possible to continue to work for company A even after my H1 gets transferred? Do I need to again file for H1B transfer or go for legal process?
2) In case if I stick with my new employer (i.e. company B) What will happen when I go back to my home country? Considering the size of the company and its employees is it possible that I may not be allowed to enter US again?
3) Before going to my home country if I jump to some third company, say company C, then when coming back to US from my home country do I need to explain visa people that I jumped from A to B to C and get my visa stamped for both B and C?
Please advice.

Answers below from whatever I understood about your situation:
1. No, your employemnt with comapny A become void from the start date mentioend in the I-797 for company B.
2. As long as the comapny B pays you (while youa re at the U.S.) at the rate mentioned in the LCA, you ahouls be allowed to re-enter.
3. In general during re-entry you need a valid visa stamp. If valid for company A and you work for company C then you have to carry the I-797 approval notices for B and C too.
