H1B transfer

Hi all,
Can I transfer my H1B in month of january (supposing it gets approved in January) by submitting my OPT paystubs of months July and August?

I am in OPT Status working for a manufacturing company.Inorder to maintain my legal status i have applied for H1 thru a software consultant.I really don't want to go to software field. Can i transfer my H1 when approved to my present mfg company without any paystubs. If not what else can I do

YOu have to be on H1 status to transfer, meaning your H1 start date must be past.

You can transfer your H1 when approved to your present mfg company. But you have to be on H1 status for transfer.
