H1B transfer

Iam in company A now which is a startup company and Iam approaching my 6th year start. And there is a company B ( consulting company ) which applied for H1B transfer. Then they filed for my PERM application before 6th year of my H1B started and kept me on payroll but without sending pay to me so that in PERM application they can show Iam employed. Now they got me a project interview with a client of B and I passed the interview. Then B sent me an offer letter with all sorts of clauses, GC legal fees repayment, and lot of other clauses. Now I decided not to join this company B. Now Company B is threatening me that they will cancel H1B of B. Will it impact my present H1B with company A and will it put any black mark on my H1. Its all my fault to approach thisconsulting company.

Unless you join the company B and receive your pay check, you are not in problem.

But , if B would have issued pay check on your behalf and with holding your taxes and paying to IRS/SSN with out your knowledge may be a problem to you. Usually company do not do that, but you must be consious about that.
