I am holding H1b with company A and am working with them. They are not giving my paystubs. I would like to transfer my H1 to company B. Can i transfer H1 or get a new H1 with company B? Can i hold 2 H1's at the same time and choos eto work with either of them? Thanks

1. Can a person hold 2 H1 stamps on his passport (from different Companies) at the same time and choose to work for one.
2. Can a person hold 1 H1 and 1 L1 stamp on his passport (from different Companies) while in India at the same time and fly to US and choose to work for one.

If they are doing dirext deposit, request them paystub as you are going to apply Credit card/ car loan etc. They will definitely give.

No. Unless you have concurrent H1 employment approvals for both the company.
Once h1 will be cancelled before issuing another one.
