h1b transfer

Please if you can clear some of the points stated below I will be really very grateful to you.Thanks in advance.
1. If my H1-b gets approved from the consultant A but i am working with Consultant B and still want to work with consultant B than can I transfer my H1-b from consultant A to Consultant B immediately.
2. If not than what is the minimum requirement that i have to fullfill in order to get my H1b transfer from consultant A to consultant B.
3. I have heard that in order to transfer from consultant A to consultant B i need to have 3 pay stubs of consultant A. How far this is true. If this is true what should be the duration of each pay stub (e.g 2 weeks or 1 month).
4. what if i get these pay stubs from consultant A before my H1b approval and during my opt. Can I then transfer my H1b from consultant A to consultant B immidiately after the approval.

---if you have recent pay stubs through A then B can file H1 trasfer petition
