H1B Transfer

Dear All,
I Arrived in US in April through a consulting firm. Until now they could not find me a client/Job. I’m paid only an initial settlement amount of $ 1000. I do not have any Pay slips. But Now I’m getting a permanent Job offer from a big US bank and they are ready to transfer my H1B visa. This banks policy is that they do not do any corp to corp business. Now is it possible to transfer my H1B visa without any pay stubs?
My Employment agreement says that If I do not stay with my company for at least 12 months then I will have to pay them $ 18000 for liquidated damages and also mentioned that I will have to pay Attorneys fees in the event of breach of agreement. So what is the solution on this? Must I pay that amount? Is there any Solution?

Hope to get some help on this
Thanks and Best Rgds

Just one month no problem, you can change your visa without any problem. You can give reason that the firm is not able to pay you or do not have have any position right now. bank's attorney will take care of that.

So what is the solution on this? If you work for the firm and go in between only the clause apply. If you are not taking any pay check means you are no more employee of the firm
