H1B Transfer

I came to US a month back through a consultancy firm. I am not happy with my present employer since he is delaying the process of getting me a job and the pay he will be providing is far less than the one promised during H1 process.
I haven't started my job (in US) yet and I don't have any pay stubs.

1. Is it possible for me to get my H1 transfered without the pay stubs?
2. Can my present employer do anything to spoil this H1 transfer?
3. If some other company wants to provide me a new H1 or transfer H1 do i need to go back to India to have a new H1 visa stamped ?

I would really appreciate if I get an earliest response.

Yes, before it is too late (within one or 2 week)
2. Can my present employer do anything to spoil this H1 transfer? (He can fire you and cancell your h1 if they want, you will loose your status before the h1 transfer. )3. 2. Is there a way in which my present employer can find out my H1 transfer ? No, they can not find - unless your co-worker informs or any phone call from new employer is exposed
