H1B Transfer

Guys,

I need some expert advise on my issue.

Lets say I work with a Company A and I have H1B of the same company A.

Now I have an offer with a company B and they want me to do H1B transfer. Also I have 2 weeks notice with my current company A.

So my question is - What happens if for some reason I change my mind to stick with my current compnay A in 2 weeks after sending all H1B Transfer papers to company B and they submit my H1B Transfer to INS?

------ file the H1 transfer through comany B with recent pay stubs of A. also confirm with company B HR or company B lawyer how many days the lawyer will take to send H1 transfer papers to USCIS ( many lawyers have screwed many H1 transfer cases they file NEW H1, ask him to file H1 to H1 transfer NOT NEW H1)

-------if you send H1 transfer through B and you want to be with A, not a problem, ask your lawyer to send a letter not to transfer the H1 of B ( send the H1 transfer filing reciept copy)

** better dicuss with your lawyer

Hi All,

Can someone give me your thoughts on this situation.

I am currently employed with company-X for 4.5 years, as I was looking to change my job for GC reasons, I got a offer with company-Y, they did my H1B in premium processing and I did get the approval, but I haven't yet started working for them . Now I have another offer from company-Z, which I am interested in.

So, when company-Z has to file for my H1B, should they be using my current employer i.e company-X's H1 or will they need company-Y's H1B as well.

Hope someone answers this question.
