H1B transfer

Hi,

I have got my passport stamped for H1B in India. I am still in India with my Indian employer and may travel to the Indian employer's US office on H1B.

1)Can I transfer this H1B Visa to another employer, from India- I have never travelled to the US before this. I have my Indian pay stubs, would this be sufficient for the H1B transfer.

------ if your H1 is approved for US office then you can use the H1b visa

-----NO you cannot file H1 transfer from India, you need the Pay stubs generated in US by the company who hold your H1B visa, you should come to US, work 2-3 months in US with employer who filed your H1 Visa petition in US ,once you get recent 2-3 pay stubs then you can file transfer of H1 to H1 through new comany in US
