I was working for Company A till jan 15th, they put me on bench on Jan 18th w/o pay, found job on Jan 20th, H1B transfer filed on Jan 29th, filing date Jan 30th.
I filed with Jan1 -Jan 15th paystub and letter of employment from Company A. I have never had a break in pay before.
Can 14-15 days be an issue withj INS (Nebraska)?
Also, my new company, a growing Trading company in Chicago, filed for LCA as programmer analyst, wrote a letter describing all my job functionalities and inadvertently wrote that I am a financial analyst..... So much for typo
Can this be an issue - I am already preparing myself for a letter from INS.
Any help will be appreciated.
