H1B Transfer without Visa stamp?

Hi, here is my case and I couldn't find an answer anywhere on the web yet:

I'm under H1B status and working for employer A. My documents to get my visastamp were lost and I have filed for replacement documents which I will get in 5 months. I received a job offer from employer B that I would like to accept as soon as possible. Can I transfer the H1B to my employer B without having a visa stamp?

Visa stamp is in passport. dont you have Visa stamp of A ?or H1 visa stamp of A got expired. for H1 transfer Lawyer of B will need Valid I-94 (front and Back) Copy of latest H1 approval notice of B and copy of latest 2-3 pay stubs. for more info you should talk to B lawyer or B.
