H1B transfer without paystubs for over 10 months

Hi,

I have an H1B through Company A since Oct '04. But I do not have a single pay stub since my H1B started (Oct '04).

Now I want to transfer my H1B to company B.

Company A is willing to generate 2 paystubs for me so that I can produce them at the time of my transfer application.

Please advise is it okay to apply for the transfer without having previous paystubs other than the two which Company A will generate for me.

Is W2 required for these two paystubs.

Please reply as soon as possible as I am running out of time.

Similar situation

I checked with my attorney and he said that one pay stub is enough for H1-B transfer, but it should the latest one (not more than 30 days old)

So I think two should be enough, but I would recommend you to check with your attorney and more and more people if you can. Once you find answers please share it in the forum because I am also in the similar situation.
