Need advice regarding my situation. I am on H1B visa with Employer A(Head Hunter) recently got a full time offer with Employer B (Fortune 500 company). When the lawyer of Employer B asked for docs for H1b, i submitted everything with most recent paystub at that time (2 months back). But due to some issues they took time for preparing the docs and recently applied for LCA. Now the lawyer of Employer B is asking for most recent pay stub for filing the H1. But I don't have the most recent paystub since I haven't got one from my Employer A which I informed the lawyer...The lawyer said its not mandatory though and they are moving forward with filing with whatever docs they had at time of LCA....I am little worried if something goes wrong what to do since Employer A is reluctant to send he recent paystub as I am not project (may be he is having doubt that I'll leave the company). Please advice...
