I came to the US on an L1B visa in Jan 2007. I applied for a H1B last year and got it approved and started working on a H1B from 01-Oct-2008. Now, I have another offer and planning to do a H1B transfer and was wondering if I can do a transfer without a H1B stamp at all?
Is there a chance that USICS will ask me to take up consular processing as I dont have a H1B stamp?
Please advise.
