H1b transfer within a month in US.

Hello,
Appreciate any insight with this scenario.

I just came to US a week ago thru company A. I want to transfer to another company B, But, I don't have the pay stubs. (since they will be generated after 30 days).
1. Is it ok If the transfer is applied before this month-end without pay stubs.
2. Is it mandatory to provide pay stubs for H1b transfer?
3. Will it be ok to provide Indian company pay stubs, or they have to be from the previous company from which the transfer is being done.

Please help.
