H1B Transfer within 30 days of arrival without paystubs

Hello Friends,

I am in a problem whereby my H1B is stamped since 9 months and employer has not flown me to US ( as they got acquired ). Its been agonising wait. So In intend to travel to US on my own ( ofcourse with due knowledge of my sponsor ) and then apply for H1B transfer.

My skills are in big demand and have offers from 2-3 employers who are willing to do H1B transfer.

Can someone please guide me whether -

Is it feasible and doable to apply for H1B transfer within first 30 days of arrival without any paystubs.

I have read this on some web sites but do not have any confirmed answer.

why would you do it? I mean the company hired you in the 1st place, at least work for them for a 6months ++ ...jumping ship prior working for them..basically using them as sponsorship..just give h1b visa holder a bad name..that my 2cents
