some body help me. can I go for a H1b transfer within 25 days of my 1st H1b start date? I am on H1b from employer A from the 10th Nov and I got a fulltime offer from employer B. Its been 20 days from my 1st H1b start date. I dont have paystubs with me as I am on bench. Please let me know how to about this issue and if anyone has done this before?
