HI All,
I finshed my PhD in the US in Dec 2005, my OPT was denied for some inappropriate reasons. I managed to get an academic job and request my institution to process my H1B through premium, which was aprroved within a week in late May 2006. I have already had a job offer from a Company, which has now filed my H1B under Advanced Degree (Regular Processing). The application has a receipt notice date of June 9th. So, basically, the company has filed for H1B - Change of Employer (H1B to H1B) or H1b Transfer.
I am wondering whether my denied OPT will disturb this case, though it did not disturb my Academic H1B case. Please let me know.
