H1B Transfer & Visa Stamping

Hi,

I was working with X company and I have transferred to new company in DEC 2008. So my company has filed the H1B transfer in regular process on Dec 23rd. Still my case is pending online.


- On Jan 28th I have upgraded my case to premium process. In How many days i will get the petition approved?

- On April 24th I got to travel to India to attend my marriage. Once I get my petition approved can i travel India? Can I enter back to US with the new Approved H1 notice or do i need to get the visa stamping?

----------------------------may be 15 to 25 days from the date USCIS got upgrade.

Can I enter back to US with the new Approved H1 notice or do i need to get the visa stamping?
----------------- if you have Valid Visa stamp in passport with X company name then at POE show the visa stamp AND H1 Transfer approval notice to officer and you will get I-94 till H1 Transfer approval notice. if you dont have valid Visa stamp in passport when you want to come then you need to get H1 visa stamp before you enter US.
