H1B transfer - Very Very Urgent.

Below is my situation :

I was working with company A, Long time back I happen to transfer the H1B to Company B. It is already Approved.

In meantime I got a project from Company C, which does not want to sub contract the project hence applied for the H1B transfer from Company A to Company C.

Please note that I have not joined Company B nor Company C official. I am still looking for the projects. However now I am almost confirmed about the project begin date for Company C.

However the INS has now come back with some queries to company C before it would transfer the H1B.

My questions are as follows:

1. Can I work with Company C even though Visa transfer has not happen ? Or should I wait until the transfer is complete ?

2. Does this process by any chance harm the Visa transfer that is already done to Company B?

3. In case Company C is having some problems in getting my visa transferred I can work with Company B ?

------------- if company C has some queries from USCIS then better join AFTER H1 is approved for C ask C to file with premium processing so that you get resuts in 15-20 days and they also need to reply the queries
2. Does this process by any chance harm the Visa transfer that is already done to Company B?
------------ If it is approved for B I dont see problems, but why are you not working with B after H1 transfer from A to B?
3. In case Company C is having some problems in getting my visa transferred I can work with Company B ?
