H1B Transfer - Very Urgent. Please reply.

Hi,

I have a H1B visa valid from Oct 1st, 2005 from Company A. Now I have got an offer from Company B. Since I have not yet started working for Company A, and therefore do not have any paystubs from them,

a) Is it possible for CompanyB to apply for H1B transfer?
b) Is it true that you can apply for h1B transfer only if you have 3-4 paystubs?
c) how long does it take for H1B transfer process? Does it take the same time as a new H1B application?

waht was ur status b4 u got H1 approved from Co A, ??Best would be to get info from Co B's immigration attorney

I am currently on H4 visa. My H1B visa is approved but it is valid from Oct 1st, 05.
