H1B Transfer stamping

Hello,

I am currently working for Company A. Company B is applying for H1b transfer for me. Once I get the Visa,

1. Can I get is stamped with in US or I need to go out to some other country to get the new visa stamped?

2. If I can get the new visa stamped with in US, how can I do that and usually how long will it take?

3. Is it advisable to go to India and get Company B's visa stamped?

do you have a H1 visa stamp(company A) in your passport?
why dont you guys observe this forum before shooting messages?
