H1B transfer - sponsor company requirements

Dear Mr. or Ms.:

I want to transfer my H1B to a new company.
I want to know if this new comapany can sponsor my H1B.

* This company is founded 10 moths ago.
* They will report a comapy tax 2 months later.
* Total employee number is 2.
* Previouse gross income is about 2 million dollars.

Please let me know what documents are need for this company.

get hold of a lawyer..he will know.

Usually past years company tax filing, company product sheet and product map brochures, tax id document, employment letter are required, if company is not that old..then proof of funds is requried ..bank balance to show that H1 salsry can be provided..
