I am planning to do H1B transfer and join the new firm when the receipt arrives.
-----make sure the new lawyer files H1 to H1 Transfer with recent 2-3 pay stubs
I want to know the approximate time it takes for the receipt to arrive in the following cases:
a) Premium Processing (My guess 2-3 days)
----- 6-10 days after USCIS recieves the papers
b) Nonpremium Processing.
-10-15 days and depends on service center
