I would really appreciate if someone could let me know the time
it is taking these days to get H1B transfer Receipt Notice ?

Its being applied from NJ/NY co. for NJ/NY position, so I guess
its Vermont Service Center.

If Vermont , receipt will take less than 3 weeks
