H1B Transfer Question.. URGENT

Hi guys..

I am in a complex situation right now. I was with employer "A" until Feb 28th 2005. I joined employer "B" on Mar 1st 2005. I gave all the necessary documentation to employer "B" on Mar 1st 2005 for H1 Transfer. Unfortunately Employer "B" didnt file my transfer until May 1st 2005. I wasnt aware of this. Now INS wants the pay stubs for the months of Mar thru May from employer "A" which I dont have as I was with employer "B" during that time.

My employer "A" asked me to come back and work for him. Should I actually drop the H1 transfer application explicitly from employer "B" (or) not responding until the deadline as requested by INS will result in an automatic with drawal of my transfer application?

What kind of issues will I have after 6 months or more If employer "B" wants me to work for him and I would like to transfer my H1 (or) apply for a New H1 thru employer "B". Will the previous transfer application information be kept track of or what.

How did you work for company B with out having INS H1 receipt. That is the only proff company B filed H1 on your behalf.

If INS comes to know that you were working with Comp B even before H1 was filed, you will be in deep trouble.

But still your H1 may be aprroved if you submit the required documents as required by INS
