I am an F-1 student on OPT.I have applied for H1B through Company A for filing in 1st week of April. I would like to transfer to another company B wher I got a better offer.
1) For transfer to another company B do I need a minimum of 3 pay stubs?
2) If yes, Can these 3 pay stubs be for the months of April, May and June (i.e) before the H1B start date of October 1,2007 or Do i need pay stubs after October 1 Start date only?
3) Is it possible to transfer to another company without having any paystubs at all after the H1B is approved?
Please help me on this.
