I came to US through company A on H1B valid till March 2007. I left company A in November and transfered my Visa to company B. I have I-797 (Notice of action) when my Visa transfer was filed. But I do not have the approval copy (my Visa got approved in Jan end 2006).
I have been offered a full time job in company C and wish to work for them. Will there be any issues in Visa transfer, based on fact that I have all documents from company A, but only offer letter and Notice of action (receipt) from company B? Is Notice of action (approval) mandatory for Visa transfer?
