Guys I am moving from one employer to another. I am on my first 3 year H1B . Can anybody suggest me what are the documents required for it.
From my knowledge its:
1. I-129
2. I-129W
3. Prevailing wage
Also with the recent changes to the process, how can I ensure that my application doesnt get noted by the immigration people to be in category of 20,000 visa beginning march 9 or so.
Also please share the current expenses and other info.
