Hi, have people been able to get an H1b transfer inspite of being out of status for >1 month?.. If so, can you please share your experiences.. did you apply thru small/big companies for your transfers.. how did it work?..

I know a friend of mine who was out of country for 2 months, had left her h1 sponsoring company, came back on same h1, new employer filed for H1 transfer, got approved. I dont know how did she manage without recent paystubs and all.....
