H1B Transfer Petition (Premium) - Delays in Receipt Notice from VSC

I fedexed the petition (Premium Processing) on May 15th, 2006. Still haven't received a receipt notice. Anybody out there with the same issue? This is just exasperating.

My was sent on June 2nd, received by Vermont CIS on June 29th, receipt received by July 7th with EAC tracking number. Still, all the process has been extremely slow considering Premium P. haven't received approval notice yet.
