H1B Transfer - Need Urgent advise

Came to USA on Company A's H1B valid till 02/05/04. Terminated by Company A on 10/13/01. I am sure that H1B is not cancelled by comapny 'A'.
Company 'B' applied for H1B transfer on 12/10/01, till todate they haven't heard anything from INS,Nebraska center.
Company 'C' applied for H1B transfer on 07/25/02.Received only one paystub from 'C' date ending 08/10/02 and got terminated on 08/15/02. I am expecting another paystub from 'C'.

My question is

If I do H1B transfer to another company , can I use my pasytub received from Company 'C'? (Because the H1B transfer hasn't get approved, it is under processing)
What kind of queries, if at all, I may get if I do H1B transfer ?
Can I get thru my H1B transfer to another company without any problems?

I appreciate your advise.
 
Yes you should use company C paystubs for a H1 transfer.
Most likely will be approved, but have proof of filing for all the previous H1 transfers.
Your first H1 being cancelled or not does not have any influence in your life any more...

Another quick question is,

I don't have any hard copy of Company 'B' applied for H1B transfer. But I know my LIN receipt number. Also i don't have any paystubs with Company 'B'. I have hard copy proof of Company 'C' applied for H1B transfer. I have two months back paystub (only one) Will they ask for more paystubs?

How long can i wait to apply for new H1B transfer to be in Status?

I dont know what INS will ask. You should apply for H1 transfer only then you can change employer.
