I need your expet advise on the following H1B transfer issue.
I work for Company A and have a valid H1B visa stamped on passport for company A. Company B filed for H1B transfer (premium processing) more than 2 weeks ago and I still I found out today that there was an RFE which was addressed by the Lawyer and the approval shoudl happen soon (2-3 days).
Currently I am out of USA (travelling to Canada) for personal reasons. I was planning to return to USA after receiving the new notice of approval from Company B. Since now I m not sure if I will get that new "Notice of action" soon, I would like to go back to USA on the old H1B visa ( which is still valid).
I was planning to join the new company after I reach back to USA.
Can I enter USA on the old visa and then I join the new company after I enter USA?
I know it would be safer to wait for the new Notice of Action but I have a new job to start so I do not want to delay at this point.
