H1B transfer issue and Green card application

I worked for a Company A on my H1B before I transferred it over to my current employer. However, due to a miscommunication by my HR dept. over to the Attorney. My H1B transfer was filed 1 month after I joined my new company. The H1B was still valid with my previous company. Now, I am planning on filing for my permanent residency (EB-1 OR). Do you think this issues will cause a problemin the I-140 or the I-485 stage? Please let me know if somebody else had similar problem like mine. Thank you.

It looks like you have violated the status for about a month. As long as your violation is lessthen 180 days you won't have any issue for GC processing.

Thanks Sugandhi My attorney said something to that effect but I just wanted to confirm it from someone else..as she was the one who misfiled my H1B trasfer...
