I140 approved Mar'05 &
I485 filled Feb'04 - stuck in Retrogation for next couple of years.
Running in 7th year of H1B
Future employer a product development Company(not consulting) filled H1B transfer using AC-21.
Will be moving to new employer once H1B is approved.
On H1B transfer application INS has sent a notice requesting additional evidence. I donot have the exact information on the request & I'll update once I receive that information.
My question since it is very unusual INS asking for additional evidence on H1b application can this considered as a bad signal and I may see some trouble on pending I485 in future?
Please share your experience on post 6th yr H1B Transfer conditions!
