H1b Transfer: How long to get receipt number?

If a new employer B allpies for my h1b trasfer, when is the earliest that I can get the receipt number, So that i can quit the current employer?

in short, how long will it take for the receipt /receipt number to be known. (So that I know for sure that the new employer has filed for my h1 transfer)
