H1B Transfer Help!!

Hello All,

I hope someone can answer my question. I have H1B from Company A. After getting first Pay check I moved to company B and they applied for H1B transfer which might come after 3-4 months. I have pay stubs for 2 months from company B. My H1B from company A is still valid. Now if I want to change job, is it fine if I join company C and use Company A's pay stub for transfer. Or do I need to wait till my H1B from company B comes and I need to use it for transfer?

Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Shashi

--------- Wait for H1b from company B and have recent pay stubs from B when you again file for C. why are you jumping from A to b and B to C stick with some company so that they can file LC for you if you are interested in GC, i have seen many who keep on changing and then hit the 6 years limit and looking for LC or posting "my LC was sent less than 365 days and what to do"

Hi ginnu,

Thanks for your reply. Because of some situation I was forced to join Company A even though I got into Company B. So after a while I changed my job to Company B. But Company B being a start up are making me work for 11-12 hrs daily paying almost nothing. I can get a better job with better pay anywhere else.... But I am not sure whether pursuing that option is good or not... Please advise. If i can get a better position can i ask company B to stop processing my H1B and instead use Company A's pay stubs?? Company A being a consultancy might be willing to take me back and give a pay stub.... So I can get latest pay stub too...

Thanks.
