H1B transfer, need to do something about H4?

I am doing H1B transfer now. Do I have to do something about my spouse's H4?

------- file the H4 also so that your spouse also gets H4 extension till your H1 approval and both will get approved same day and both will have I-94 expiring same day(if H1 transfer and HY4 is sent in same envelope) or you can file her H4 extension later BEFORE her I-94 gets expired
