I'm working for a company A and would like to transfer my H1 to company B. As company B is being small, they asked me to take care of the visa transfer related work as well as expenses. Company B is a SMB with less than 50 employers. Could you guys suggest some good attorneys to do the H1 transfer (on-line/in Atlanta area)? Also, those you have done, what is the approximate fee for attorney (apart from $2195 to USCIS)? What is suggested-Regular/premium processing? How long normally it takes to get the receipt right now at VSC?
