Hi,
Here is my situation. I have been working for Company A for a long time.
In December 2004 I applied for H1B from Company B and got it approved on Jan 2005.
But I worked for Company A till Jan 15th 2005 and then did not work for even a single day with Company B so far. So I do not have any pay stubs for Company B.
Now I want to apply for H1B from Company C. I am planning to apply for a transfer from Company A to Company C.
Will there be any problems right now and in future when my Green Card is processed.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.
