H1B Transfer - Form G-28, Please help!!!

Hi,

I'm doing a H1B Transfer and my attorney did not put my name on the G28 Form -Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative. She only put the new company's name on there as a petitioner. Could that cause any problem?

On my original H1B petition, both my name (the beneficiary) and my currently employer (petitioner) 's names are on it.

-------------That is OK. Attorney is representing Employer and employer name will be on form G28.

Could that cause any problem?
