I am in 5th year H1 and applied for Green card through Comapny A and its already 365 days old labor. I want to transfer my H1B file to another Company B and I want to utilize 365 days based on Company A to get my H1 7th year extension through Company B.But the company B will not file my Green card.The possibility of company A cooperating for this is good.
Is it possible for me to transfer my H1 to company B and file my 7th year extn. with company B?And is it advisable to transfer my H1B at this time?
