Can i get a H1B transfer before stamping the first H1B , as the company is delaying sending the papers for stamping, outside of USA.
------------------------It seems the company does not have job for you and that is why they are not sending papers Or H1 approval notice to you. For H1 transfer you need to be on H1 status and 2-3 pay stubs. H1 transfer can be filed if you are in US on valid status.
any advice is highly appreciated.
-----------------------Don’t leave your job and don’t be after H1 stamp. At this time most of the consulting companies don’t find job for H1 holders and after 1-2 month they send them back.
