I met an urgent problem, here is the case.
My current status is F1 with CPT in a company A, and company A want to extend a job offer to me and then apply the H1B VISA for me.
While, I got another very good offer from company B, and I wanna join company B.
The problem is, the H1B visa will be valid after Oct. 1, 2006 and before that I am still and student F1 VISA. What shall I transfer this H1B or I can't what shall I do. Now the company just filled the petition and ask the attorny to deal with the case, but I did not receive the H1B receipt or approval yet.
I want to try my best to avoid leaving U.S. Thanks for your any inputs!
