If my H1B transfer is approved and the approval notice received. Can I still work for the old employer for another two weeks? or I have to report to work for the new employer on the date of approval?
Will I ever get questioned in the future for the status of the 2 weeks? What should I say if asked by USCIS official?
Is this perfectly legal? I don't want to take any chance here. What is the BEST approach? Thanks Jaxen
