H1b Transfer after H1B Revoke ?

Hi Gurus,

H1B transfer after H1B revoked.

I was working with direct company A , they revoked my H1B on Aug 09. Got a Project on Nov 09 through counsulting firm, they are processing my H1B transfer through normal process. We received RFE and we have replied to the RFE with all documents.

1) What are the chances of getting H1B transfer approved ?
2) What complication could occur in our case ?

H1transfer petition must reach USCIS when you are on Valid H1 status. if the USCIS got letter from A to revoke your H1 Before Company B sent H1 transfer petition USCIS can deny the H1 transfer.
 
Thanks ginnu for your reply. Is there any chance of getting H1 transfer approval If H1 is revoke by Company A?
