H1B Transfer after 6 years.

This is my 9th year. I have 3 yrs H1B extension valid until 2010. I have got my EAD and I filed my 485 more than 6 months ago. Can I transfer my H1 to other company?

yes, you should be able to transfer your h1 irrespective of how many years you are on H1 . You can use ur EAD to join another company (485 more than 180 days) or use ur H1 to transfer and ask the new company to continue your GC processing based on AC 21 .
