H1B transfer after 3-year extension

I joined a new company in Jan' 08 using an approved I-140 from the previous company and in the process, getting a 3-year extension of H1B since my 6-year term was about to expire. I now am on the the 7th year and my H1B is valid until 2010.

I now have a better opportunity at another company and so I'm planning to transfer my H1B again. Now, will I get my new H1B valid with the time left on my current H1B? Or could it be less than that? I do not want to loose the current validity on my H1B? Can someone here please advise.

Thanks for your answer. Do you think I will have to include my old I-140 from the previous company along with my H1B this time too?
