I would like to transfer from a H1B visa to a TN visa. Is that difficult? What problems have people faced?
Also if I apply for the TN visa, my closest classification would be an economist. How tight/liberal are the rules with respect to the NAFTA profession list. Does one have to be a true economist for the border to let you through?
