H1B to TN corp to corp

Hi All,

For same employer Worked on TN for 2 years and they filed H1B visa. Currently working on H1b from last 1 year.

Looking for new job now.

Can i go back to TN visa with new employer ?
From other threads i understood, i can do Corp to Corp contracting with US company to my Canadian Corp.

planning to give notice ( 2 Weeks notice agreement ) to current company after my TN approval ? So after my TN approval, Can i still work for the current company to satisfy 2 weeks notice period ?
 
No. H1 and TN (in fact any 2 statuses) cannot coexist. The instant your TN is approve, you MUST stop working under your H1. There is no required 2 week notice period for employees.
